Beyond the kitchen, I coach fitness sessions built around one idea: the sweet spot where play and challenge meet. That is where you master the things you want to learn, overcome what once felt impossible, and prove to yourself that you really can do anything.
Exercise can also be where the fun lives, where you discover how to find play and joy within movement, whether that is your first headstand, hanging from a bar, or simply going upside down. So, have you been upside down yet today?
Our story
Hoodies Goodies started with one simple belief: treats should make you feel good before, during, and after. Every snack is baked fresh in small batches in my home kitchen using simple ingredients you can recognize and flavors you'll actually crave.
Whether you're counting macros, eating clean, or just looking for something delicious on the go, these are snacks the whole family can enjoy.
I'm Hoodie, the founder. My logo is inspired by one of my favorite things in the world, going upside down. You'll usually find me hanging from a bar or practicing handstands at the beach gym, often with snacks in hand. I'm on a mission to help people flip their perspective, which is why I often ask the same question:
