This Privacy Policy explains how Hoodies Goodies ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects
your information when you visit hoodiesgoodies.fit or place an order. We keep things simple:
we only collect what we need to bake, deliver and improve your experience.
Information we collect
- Order details — your name, email, phone number and (for delivery) your
address and any delivery notes you provide.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe).
We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages — anything you send through our contact, feedback or product-request
forms.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics (pages viewed, anonymous
session id, referrer) to understand what's useful. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
- To prepare, fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you about it (e.g. an order
confirmation and a follow-up asking how it was).
- To respond to your messages and improve our products and service.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the shop work:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, database and bot protection.
- Resend — sending transactional emails (order confirmation, follow-up).
We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to remember your language choice and an anonymous session
id for analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and customer service, and analytics
data only in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop
receiving follow-up emails. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
