These terms apply when you order from Hoodies Goodies at hoodiesgoodies.fit. By placing an
order you agree to them.
Our products
Everything is homemade in small batches with clean, real ingredients and no artificial
sweeteners. Items are gluten-free and dairy-free. Because we bake by hand, slight natural
variation in size, colour and taste is normal.
Ordering & payment
- Prices are shown in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment
is completed and you receive an order-confirmation email.
- We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or an
obvious pricing error occurred.
Pickup & delivery
- Free pickup is available at the times shown at checkout; delivery within the Tel Aviv area
is available for a small fee.
- Please provide an accurate address and contact details. If a delivery cannot be completed
because nobody is available or the address is wrong, we may not be able to refund perishable items.
Returns & refunds
Because our goodies are fresh, perishable food, they cannot be returned or
exchanged once they have been delivered or collected — this is for food-safety reasons.
- Something wrong with your order? If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or is
incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it (a photo helps) and we'll
make it right with a replacement or a refund.
- Cancellations. Orders that have not yet been prepared can be cancelled for a
full refund — just contact us as soon as possible. Once baking or preparation has started, we
may not be able to cancel.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Allergens & food safety
Our products contain and are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including
peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and cacao. Allergen and nutrition information shown on
the site is provided in good faith and is an estimate; if you have a serious allergy, please
contact us before ordering. You are responsible for checking suitability for your dietary needs.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you
paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here is the current one.
